Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We understand that schedules change and you may need to adjust your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may result in being charged a cancellation fee at your next appointment. In the event that this is a reoccurring event, we reserve the right to decline any future service requests or we may request that the service be paid in full when scheduling an appointment. 

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
